Never got the Aqua Thruster to work properly because of no support. They sometimes send an email asking ‘how can we help?’, but when I reply with a question I don’t get an answer. So after spending $4K+ I am left to fend for myself.

Called me within twenty minutes of placing the order to confirm the shipping address. This evening I received an email confirming shipment. Great start and customer service.

June 24, 2026 This is not a review on the products of Weeders digest… Mainly because I have not been able to receive my product, ordered on June 10, 2026. When the order was taken I was told it would ship out the next day. Unfortunately, I have had to call The company twice to find out the status of my order as there Has been no communication from them regarding my order being on hold because of a part on back order. . An email stating these Delays would have been most appreciated. I am disappointed in the lack of communication from this company, although I am sure the product will be top shelf when finally received. I’d like to add that I continue to Frequently get emails advertising more products for purchase..

Purchased an aqua thruster from Weeders Digest over a decade ago and still running strong. Recently had them repair my oscillator and everyone I dealt with was kind and professional. They completed the work within in hour for a priority service upcharge, which was a great option for my situation.
